Vocational Training and Community
Development Division The Division is responsible for the
following activities.
It monitors / supervises the Rural Training Centers
(RTCs) under CTEVT and coordinates with the similar
efforts of private institutions.
It facilitates and provides guidelines to run need
based short term vocational courses, especially to the
illiterate women and underprivileged people of local
communities through RTCs.
It encourages RTCs to run sponsored courses and to
strengthen workforce of Village Development Committees
(VDCs), District Development Committees (DDCs) and other
INGOs/NGOs in the field of Vocational Training and Community
Development (VTCD).
