and regulations by 2006.
5.2 Provide full operational autonomy to 7 CTEVT run institutions
by 2008.
5.3 Establish partnership activities with 10 national
TEVT stakeholders by 2008.
5.4 Establish relationship with international institutions
for information sharing, HRD an expertise exchange by

5.5 Implement five partnership-training institutions (Palpa
