Polytechnic Division The Division is responsible for the following activities.

• It supervises and monitors the Proficiency Certificate Level /Diploma Level programs under CTEVT and affiliated institutions to ensure the quality.
  
• It develops new Diploma Level programs and or upgrades existing institutions to a set standard.
  
• It takes a leading role in coordinating polytechnic programs for the establishment of new model institutions under CTEVT.
