Planning and Policy Formulation Division This Division is mainly responsible for the following activities:

• It plans programs and formulates the overall policy of CTEVT.
  
• It plans and develops the long term strategic and operational planning.
  
• It monitors and evaluates the programs and activities running under CTEVT and
  
• It provides the necessary inputs about TEVT policy to His Majesty's Government of Nepal (HMGN).
