Notice for SUBMISSION of REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (Rfp)

for Conducting WORKERS’ FURTHER TRAINING  for qualified training providers

1. As per re- notice of EoI published by CTEVT/ENSSURE project, Project Implementation Unit (PIU) on 17th   November, 2022(2079/08/01) for conducting Workers’ Further Training (WfT), the qualified training providers are notified for submission of the Request for Proposal (RfP). List of the qualified training providers has been published on the official websites of the CTEVT and ENSSURE project (Please refer to the website:  www.enssure.org.np  or  www.ctevt.org.np).
2. Sealed Proposals (Technical and Financial) must be submitted to the ENSSURE Project , Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on or before 13th  February 2023 (2079/11/01) 12:00 hours. Moreover, RfP documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. The proposals shall be opened in the project office at 13:00 hours on the last day of submission in the presence of the bidders’ representative who choose to attend. If the last date of submission and opening falls on the government holiday, next working day shall be considered the last day. 
3. The proposal should be submitted in accordance with the RfP documents issued by the CTEVT, ENSSURE Project, the RfP documents can be received on or before office hours of  12th  February 2023 (2079/10/29)  from CTEVT, ENSSURE Project , Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Sanothimi Bhaktapur.
4. Proposals failing to comply with the required information and documents shall be considered as non-responsive and shall not be considered for further evaluation.
5. Minimum score to pass the RfP is 60 points.
6. A pre-proposal conference /meeting will be held at 13:00 hours on  5th  February 2023 (2079/10/22) in the office PIU/ ENSSURE Project, CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
7. The CTEVT, ENSSURE Project, Project Implementation Unit (PIU) reserves right to accept or reject, whole or partly, any or all proposals without assigning a reason.
